March 8, 2000: Foxy in Car Wreck On Monday, March 6, Foxy Brown was involved in a car accident in Brooklyn, NY around 6:00pm. According to the New York City Department of Corrections, she crashed her 1999 Range Rover into a barrier at 22 Chapel Street. Brown, who blamed the wreak on brake failure, complained of head, neck, and back pain and was subsequently taken to Long Island College Hospital. She was released early the next morning. Foxy is expected in Brooklyn court on April 6 to answer charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, as police found that her license had previously been suspended. In other news, Foxy's next album, slated for a July 18 release, still remains untitled.
